Artwork Guidelines

We have the resources to help you with your artwork and logo.

When sending artwork to your Account Manager please include your contact information and review the guidelines below.

If you do not have the art in one of the formats shown below, send us what you do have, and we will convert it. Converted artwork is not a deliverable item. There will be some charges involved, depending on the time required, the complexity of the logo, and the type of decoration to be used. If you have a file that is saved as a .eps, .ai, .extension, and you can not open it, it may be the format we need: please send it in, and we will verify its suitability.

Colours are catalogued by a chart called a Pantone® Colour Chart. Each colour has a specific Pantone® or PMS number. These can be viewed in our ARTWORK Tab – Pantone PMS Colours.

A PMS colour is a print colour with a code used by printers to represent ink colours, a standard format used throughout the world. Your logo will be made up of these PMS colours. In order to print your exact colour, we require the exact PMS colour number for the colour/s in your logo.

For Printing of Solid Colours

To produce a good quality print we require your artwork to be provided in EPS or Adobe Illustrator (CS2 or CS3) files in vector format (outlines) and all text must be converted to curves/embedded type fonts in case we or our decorators do not have the specific font that you use. We are unable to use files resaved from another format into an EPS file. Corel Draw files should be saved as an Adobe Illustrator file.

The correct file format allows us to accurately manipulate logos without any loss of quality, detail or accuracy, ensuring the best possible reproduction of your printed logo.

For Printing of Full Colours or Shaded Images

If your artwork is full colour, referred to as CMYK, we will require artwork in an EPS CMYK format.
